“The liberal media is going to be all over this one. We do not know what caused the shooting. Perhaps the man was defending himself, perhaps he was wrong. The investigation should unfold before they start calling for the ban of all guns…” -RightToolForTheJob

“Another senseless death, during a silly argument. If that angry man had not been carrying a gun, the other man would still be alive!” -LeftExposure – A man is dead after deputies said another man pulled out a gun and fired outside of a South Florida Winn-Dixie on Monday night.

According to the Broward County Sheriff’s Office, Jeffrey Collie, 71, got into an argument with a man outside of the Winn-Dixie entrance in Dania Beach at 7 p.m. on Monday, CBS Miami reports. When the argument became heated, Collie pulled out a gun and shot the man, deputies said.

CBS Miami reports the man was pronounced dead at the hospital while Collie was taken into custody and charged with one count of murder. Deputies said they were unsure of what sparked the argument.
